“Erin, the Mommy Trainer, is very effective and provides the most useful and practical information in her presentation. She interacts well with her audience and presents herself in a way that is very approachable. Erin is passionate about what she does and she has a tremendous impact on parents. She has the ability to truly motivate her audience to make a real difference in their children’s lives and she encourages them to try to new things to increase/improve parenting skills. Our program has seen Erin in action and we would recommend her highly!”

"Erin has been a great mentor to me; she has taught me to be confident and in control of my children. My toddler was running our house at one point until Erin showed me how to take control and act like a parent. I now have the confidence and "stern voice" that it takes to teach my children to listen, respect, and have good manors. These are three key qualities that will help them grow into wonderful adults."

"My mom is my best friend. Always has been, always will be.
Ever since I can remember, my mom has put her all into being a parent. Us kids were the most important part of her life, and she always made sure we knew it.
For mom, though, showing us she cared wasn’t about giving us whatever we wanted, it was about helping us learn how to be the best versions of ourselves so that we could go out and make an impact on the world one day. To me, that is what the job of being a parent really is, and my mom executed it beautifully.
I think the way my mom raised me, with a combination of affection and tough love, led to the close relationship we now have. We talk on the phone usually twice a day, and when we aren’t on the phone we are texting or emailing back and forth. Our relationship is so strong because of the way she raised me, and I am so grateful for her guidance.
One day, when I have a family, I plan on using my mom’s techniques from day one. She is truly an expert, and I am so honored to be able to call The Mommy Trainer my mom every day of my life."

"Erin Diffenderfer has a great idea here, as well as a great deal to offer parents who may be in search of advice on how best to support their children on the journey to adulthood. I had the great pleasure of having her daughter Kaitlin in one of my high school senior AP English classes. Kaitlin is bright, energetic, and highly motivated to give her absolute best in all she undertakes. I believe that behind students like that there are usually parents who have discovered ways to have a profound impact on the lives of their children. Erin is such a parent. Actually, she is the model of that kind of parent."
~ Terry Filippo, English Department Chair at Pendleton High School
"Erin has been working with our young parents' program. She not only hears what the girls are saying, she listens to them. She provides them with someone they can openly talk to. She is helping them with not only the many challenges that parenthood brings, but also helping them realize and be the person they want to be."

I have known Ein for over 12 years and have first hand knowledge of her parenting expertise. Over the years, Erin, has provided me with valuable, sensible parenting tools and advice. She is the first person I turn to when in doubt, and it never fails, she helps me through the tough times and the good times. I have also had the honor of watching Erin raise her two children and I am amazed with every passing year at how they both continue to grow and become independent. They are both well rounded, well spoken, focused, driven, happy, and two of the brightest teens I know. Erin trurly is the an expert in the parenting arena, so do yourself a favor and check her out, she is the real deal.
